Our sincere thanks to Sir Rick Trainor for hosting a Reception for Friends in Exeter College in July 2024. He was so generous with his time, his fascinating stories about the historical relationship between Kidlington and Exeter College and the really interesting tour of the Jackson Library.
It was delightful to sit in the SCR drinking cool white wine, eating delicious cheese straws and then to wander over to the library. What a really splendid transformation from the old Fellows’ library it is.
So, our thanks to Sir Rick, and all at Exeter who helped make the visit so enjoyable.
